  1. I have created an VB program with FASTlib. The installation works well but when I started the program, an error occurred with the meaning, that I have no license information. Did I need any additional file(s) for licensing?

You must to include FAST2004.DLL in your installation package. The file must be copied and registered in the $WinSysPath.
  1. When I run my program this message is displayed: "You do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality".

No, FASTlib runtime files are royalty free for registered users.
  1. Is there a "nag screen" for registered users?

Of course, registered version has not a "nag screen" or "drop dead".
  1. I need to know what your license terms include and whether or not a license will apply to me or to each computer I use for development (a desktop and a laptop...one or the other, not both simultaneously).

You need one license per development computer used simultaneously.
